NVA Insurance Update

We have been working with NVA (National Vision Administrators, LLC) for the last year since the change of ownership from Jacobson Eyecare Inc. to Link Eye Center. We recently made the difficult decision to no longer partner with NVA (National Vision Administrators, LLC) effective December 31, 2023.

If you choose to remain a patient at Link Eye Center, we would be happy to provide you with the appropriate documentation so that you may self-submit to NVA (Nation Vision Administrators, LLC) and use your out-of-network benefits. All charges incurred at Link Eye Center for your wellness exam and eyeglass/contact lens materials will be due at the time of service.

For patients who see us for their medical eye needs such as diabetes, glaucoma, cataracts, etc., we will continue to accept the same medical insurances.
